Some common issues answered

Error parsing script / Failed to load script

Error passing script @...lua in resource ...: @...lua:1: syntax error near '<\1>' Your server artifacts are likely outdated. Update your server. (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aXCgN07a-yY)

If you're using FileZilla: Delete the resource folder. Clear your client & server cache and reupload the resource using WinSCP

You lack the required entitlement to use <resource>

Try restarting your server and make sure your server license key is correct. If you bought the resource on the wrong account, you can transfer it to another account on keymaster.

Failed to verify protected resource

Files were possibly corrupted during transfer. Ensure hidden files are copied; the .fxap file in a protected resource must be included. Some FTP programs (like FileZilla) can skip these files.

I purchased an asset, where can I download it?

You should receive an email including a download link from Tebex within few minutes after your purchase. Alternatively you can download it from the keymaster. If you still haven't recieved it after a few hours please make a new support ticket in our discord. Here

I haven't received my Discord roles

If you weren't in this Discord server at the time of purchase it might take a couple of hours before you receive your Discord roles. If you still haven't received your Discord roles after 6 hours feel free to open a support ticket. Then send your Tebex transaction id in a new support ticket in our discord. Here

Before creating a new support ticket make sure you take the following steps:
